 Gus Sr. instilled in each of his sons the significance of maintaining a conscientious work ethic that demands each of his sons strive for his highest level of craftsmanship.
These four brothers have benefited from years of on-site apprenticeship as well as formal university training in the comprehensive construction techniques required of todays successful custom home builder. Each went to college to become proficient in a vital part of the home building process. Each of the brothers fills his unique niche so that the company can consistently, year after year, complete 12-14 custom homes.
Gus Jr., the eldest brother, received a civil engineering degree from the University of Hartford. As the companys civil engineer, he plans the functional and aesthetic design of each development and the actual subdivision of the community.
Jim earned his masters degree in business from Adelphi University. In addition to being the liaison with their subcontractors and suppliers, as well as managing sales, marketing and customer relations, he imbeds all the stone and masonry.
Anthonys education includes both a civil engineering degree from Hoftra and an architectural degree from New York University. Anthony coordinates the actual building of each house with the subcontractors. He is the on-site architect and project manager.
The youngest brother, Bobby holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Hartford and keeps each job on its completion schedule by overseeing all technical aspects of the development.
